No problem. We’re happy for you to upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you change plans prior to the end of a billing cycle, we will prorate for you.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us through this website, email, or telephone and we’ll cancel the service for you.
Once you have signed up for service, you will receive an email with instructions how to invite us to be an Admin on your WordPress site. After we receive this, we will contact you via either email or telephone to let you know of next steps.
This is all dependent upon the plan you choose and how long each task may take, but you are welcome to call and ask as many questions as you need to. There is no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it is covered in your monthly plan. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we are happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need accomplished. Sometimes upgrading to the next highest plan will make sense, and we can do that quickly. It’s all a matter of making your life easier.
Each month, your credit card will automatically be charged on the same day of the month that you start your plan and will recur until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Never! We pride ourselves in earning your business month after month. You are free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time.
We offer a full refund during the first 30 days of service. Once 30 days have past, refunds are prorated for the remaining time left in the month.
We all know these things do happen. The short answer is… we will fix it. We always go out of our way to note compatibility between themes, plugins and WordPress core, but sometimes things just go awry. In those rare instances, we will quickly repair the issue and then contact the plugin or theme author to let them know of the problem so they can create a patch. In the rare cases where an author is no longer maintaining the plugin or theme, we will search for another option for you.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that. We use best practices to try and ensure the safety of your site and do everything possible to prevent attacks, but we cannot completely prevent it. This is just another reason why ongoing maintenance and updates are CRITICAL so that any security holes can be closed.
If you feel you are capable of taking care of your site yourself, or if you feel safe just having us do it every now and then, our one-time Wellness Check may be the solution for you. If you need services cleaning up a hacked site, our services are available a la carte. Our one-time Wellness Check or malware cleanup is billed at $149/hour with a 3-hour limit.
